A community is defined by the heroes it chooses to celebrate. We invite you to join the EECS department in recognizing a previously overlooked hero, Berkeley EE Prof. Joseph T. Gier, the University of California’s first tenured Black professor.
EECS Excellence Fund
A gift to the EECS Excellence Fund extends Berkeley’s long-standing leadership and excellence in education and research in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
CS Scholars Program
Your donation to CS Scholars supports our members by providing funding for academic opportunities such as tutoring and advising, community-building opportunities such as peer mentoring, and professional development, and funding for students to travel to attend national research conferences.
CS Kickstart Program
Help recruit teachers and guest speakers, host students, and develop curricular materials for a one-week class designed to introduce inexperienced students to computer science.
